TRUST’s lead singer, Dave Moreno, has been in bands for
many years, but made a decision at one point to put down
the electric guitar completely and focus solely on the
acoustic guitar. As the principle songwriter for the
band, Moreno writes all of his songs on the acoustic. "I
love the purity of the instrument, and I feel that if
the song holds up on the guitar alone, it's safe to
bring it to the band for arrangement," he said. Along
with experience in many different bands, Moreno has
also worked as a band leader for many years in and
around Orange County. He resides in Rancho Santa
Margarita, Calif. with his wife Lynn and three
daughters. |
